Very good hotel in Santiago
Breakfast, spacious suite with two rooms and access to the bathroom from two separate doors, staff.
Cooling not working properly, was too hot and cannot regulate.

Excellent location, clean and spacious! Would recommend and stay here again :)
Excellent location in Santiago, the room was spacious and clean, lots of hot water, WiFi worked really well, two beds were provided in our suite as per our request. Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Check-in took a long time and there clearly was not enough staff working during the afternoon. The bar food was quite overpriced and average quality. The bathroom smelt a bit of sewage, but this improved with time. Only one small 500mls water bottle was provided per room, rather than per person.

Lovely staff shout out to Rene very charming friendly and full of charisma. And good command of English made my life easyRoom was also clean and spacious enough....very stylish and modern style
The 19% Tax on my debit card is just a serious turn off. No water kettle and no free water for guests looks like it's a south American thing
